In the middle of Monday ONE employee just serving a huge line of people. Lack of respect, do you think we can take the WHOLE day to resolve something at the bank?
Terrible service, one hour to receive a password and another hour for service. Few employees, and lack of organization in distributing passwords and welcoming customers.
I suggest that they remove the people who are queuing on the sidewalks exposed to the sun, dust, robberies, etc. That they organize space inside the bank, so that we have a better waiting place, for all ages.
Little space for customers, the street is crowded with people as the sidewalk is full of elderly people on the sidewalks waiting to be served in the huge priority queue

not even the guard comes close to give information, and the telephone agent never manages to speak.
